At TAS Petroleum, I support customers with orders, product availability, deliveries, invoices, account enquiries, and service concerns. I manage communication across phone and email while keeping customers informed from initial request through resolution.

I've progressed from a Sales & Operations/Depot Representative to a dedicated Customer Support Specialist, building practical knowledge of customer needs, dispatch coordination, documentation, and issue tracking. I work closely with sales, logistics, operations, and finance teams to resolve delivery delays, payment concerns, and order discrepancies.

I maintain accurate customer records, service requests, correspondence, and follow-up activities through CRM systems and internal databases. I also prepare reports on enquiries, complaints, outstanding cases, and resolutions, using recurring issues to support service improvements.

I'm comfortable managing multiple time-sensitive requests in a remote international environment and am available for U.S. business hours. I bring clear communication, active listening, ownership, and customer-focused problem solving to every interaction.
