At American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC), I support SAP user acceptance testing as the hospital moves from legacy IBM AS/400 to SAP integrated with Epic. I run test scripts with end users and SAP consultants, then log issues in Case Direct Access so the outsourced SAP team can fix and retest them.

At AUB Office of Student Affairs, I handled web work across the SharePoint Classic website for four years, redesigning pages and navigation and testing content and layouts. I also managed customer account cases at Wisewell and deployed Windows devices during my IT Service Delivery internship at American University of Beirut.
