At Benta Pharma Industries - BPI, I support enterprise applications including ERP, CRM/SFA, DMS/QMS, and other business systems. I coordinate requirements gathering, UAT, documentation, and deployment support, and troubleshoot application issues with technical teams and vendors.
I also use SQL queries and reporting tools to validate data and investigate system issues, while supporting workflow improvements and automation initiatives. Previously, I provided day-to-day IT support as an IT Coordinator at Difco Group Company.
