What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT Consultant or Business Systems Analyst role, remote or on site, where I can support system implementation, translate business needs into clear requirements, validate data, and improve reporting. I'm open to relocation within the GCC.

I supported business-system implementations at Epic in Riyadh, gathering requirements, mapping workflows, building Excel and Power BI reports, and preparing client handover guides.

At Lebanon's Ministry of Finance, I helped strengthen the national online tax platform by validating 150+ taxpayer records daily, testing 50+ forms and portal pages, and translating user issues into reproducible reports for IT teams.
