I am an operations and marketing professional with hands-on experience managing customer service, social media campaigns, lead generation, and daily operations. I hold a BA (Honors) in English and a Diploma in Hospitality Management & Culinary Arts, and completed an internship at Dusai Resort & Spa.

At Shampan E-commerce I progressed from Junior Marketing Executive to Senior Marketing Executive, where I led customer service, increased orders, generated leads, created social media content, and maintained order and reporting sheets using Excel and Google Sheets.

Currently I serve as Operations Lead at Attire’s, responsible for end-to-end operations including assigning daily tasks to teams, collecting end-of-day reports, and overseeing the customer service function to ensure smooth fulfillment and process adherence.

I bring strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets, a practical safety-conscious mindset, and a proactive, logical approach to improve processes and drive measurable results.
