What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote evening, part-time, or project-based work where I can support operations with ERP/data tracking and also apply my QA training for junior testing, plus help with AI data evaluation, data entry, and customer support.

I manage and coordinate day-to-day operational processes across multiple internal and external stakeholders, using ERP and information systems to track orders, workflows, exceptions, and business data. I analyze process gaps, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate documentation and follow-up while supporting customers and internal teams through multiple priorities.

I’m currently completing a QA course, and I’m seeking remote evening work in virtual assistance, AI data evaluation, data entry, customer support, or junior QA. I bring fast learning, strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and reliable independent work habits.
