What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead customer-facing platform reliability for automation teams—hands-on with n8n, integrations, and AI features—while working across Support, Product, and Engineering to prevent outages, solve incidents fast, and build trustworthy, scalable workflows.

I’m a customer-facing technical lead with 5 years helping companies get real value out of their automation platforms, and I serve as an Official n8n Community Ambassador. After the sale closes, I become the trusted technical partner—guiding clients from first setup through every day running, and stepping in when things break.

My work is deeply hands-on: I run self-hosted n8n on clients’ own servers using Docker and Kubernetes, connect it to their systems, and keep workflows fast and dependable as they grow. I troubleshoot live slowdowns and failures, manage escalations with clear updates, and feed real client bugs and feature ideas back to product—while adding AI automation with Claude and OpenAI in regulated settings.
