I’m an IT support professional focused on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, Linux, and cloud-based environments. I diagnose and resolve system problems, configure and secure networks, and support end users with clear, patient communication—using a security-first mindset to reduce risk by catching phishing and misconfigurations and applying good backup and access-control hygiene as standard practice.

Since 2022, I’ve provided System & Security Support (Freelance) by diagnosing and resolving issues for individuals and small setups and improving day-to-day reliability. I’ve also built a Home Lab for systems, networking, and monitoring, and I’ve monitored and triaged 100+ simulated SOC alerts on TryHackMe to strengthen my diagnostic and root-cause instincts. My certifications include IBM Cybersecurity Analyst, TryHackMe SOC Level 1, and TryHackMe Junior Penetration Tester (with SAL1 in progress).
