I am an experienced Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a strong background in PCB design, IT operations (ITO), technical support, and UI/UX development. Over the years, I’ve designed and tested printed circuit boards using tools such as Altium Designer, AutoCAD, and Multisim, delivering efficient, reliable hardware solutions across various electronic applications.

Beyond hardware, I bring solid expertise in IT support, including network troubleshooting, system administration, and hardware/software maintenance across Windows and Linux environments. I’ve provided remote tech support to users across multiple industries and time zones, consistently ensuring system stability and user satisfaction. I'm also well-versed in collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Trello, and Google Workspace.

In the digital product space, I specialize in UI/UX design and development, with practical experience using Figma, Adobe XD, HTML5, JavaScript, Wix, and WordPress. I create responsive, user-friendly interfaces focused on accessibility, user flow, and visual hierarchy—bridging technical precision with design thinking.
