What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, flexible job that allows me to work and care of my chronic illness.

I’m a Customer Support Agent who focuses on connecting the right customers with eligible free mortgage quotes and keeping their information accurate in our system. I’m a fast learner, detail oriented, and I stay organized while working from home.

Before this, I worked directly with clients as a Behavior Technician using play based ABA. I recorded behavior data, supported neurodivergent friendly learning, helped clients regulate emotions, and advised clients and their parents on goals to continue at home.

I’ve also built strong service and support experience across healthcare and education—helping patients with exercises, supporting physical and occupational therapists, and assisting elementary students with reading and writing. I bring patience, clear communication, and kindness in stressful situations to every team I join.
