I’m looking to lead hotel/restaurant operations where I can drive profitability through disciplined budgeting, inventory and compliance, while delivering consistent guest loyalty, training high-performing teams, and maintaining top service standards.

I’m a competent, focused and experienced hospitality manager with a strong commitment to providing the highest level of loyalty and service to hotel patrons. Most recently, as General Manager of the Regal Restaurant, I manage overall restaurant operations, budgeting and financial management, inventory control (food, equipment, beverage), ISO 22000(food safety) compliance, and the training and development of junior staff, while delivering consistent service even under pressure.
