What I'm looking for

I seek a senior QC or operations role where I can lead compliance, streamline processes, train teams, and manage large-scale audit programs.

I am a senior mortgage operations and quality control professional with 20+ years of experience designing and leading QC departments, training teams, and managing large-scale audits across conventional and government loan products. I established a Post-Close Quality Control Department, contributed to auditing tens of thousands of files, and transitioned into servicing QC while supporting management with reporting, training, and vendor liaison.

My strengths include regulatory compliance (Conv, FHA, VA, USDA), process improvement, workflow management, and client relations. I am proficient with Encompass, SecondLook, Black Knight, AllRegs, MERS, FHA Connection, Microsoft and Google Suites, and I hold industry credentials including MBA membership and FNMA underwriting coursework.
