I've developed RCSA and control-testing processes, supported CFPB audit work, coordinated servicing-vendor oversight, and helped keep mortgage policies and procedures current. I also supported LoanServ-to-Black Knight MSP conversion work through data maps, scripts, error reviews, and post-conversion cleanup.
Previously at Mr. Cooper, I managed compliance testing, audit requests, investor accounting reconciliations, wire processes, and foreclosure-alternative servicing. I bring hands-on experience resolving loan-level issues, improving procedures, and translating regulatory requirements into practical controls.
