What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring my HMRC customs, trade compliance, and team-support experience to a senior trade compliance, customs operations, or regulatory management role.

At HGS, I advise businesses on HMRC customs requirements, including tariff classification, commodity codes, Incoterms, Rules of Origin, and Customs Procedure Codes under CHIEF/CDS.

I support the Trader Support Service for the Northern Ireland Protocol, guiding traders, hauliers, carriers, and fast parcel operators through Great Britain–Northern Ireland trade processes. I also complete and support import, entry summary, supplementary, simplified, summary, and standard customs declarations.

Across HGS and UPS, I’ve resolved complex documentation and compliance queries, validated export and trader data, and trained colleagues across workstreams. I provide informal team leadership and manager cover while helping projects meet deadlines.

Earlier at IPSL, Unisys Group, I handled financial processing and client investigations for Barclays and HSBC/UPSL, then designed, tested, and supported Control-M schedules and SQL development. I’m looking to bring my customs, trade operations, and regulatory knowledge to a senior compliance or customs operations role.
