What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global sourcing, vendor governance, CLM, and finance operations in a distributed international environment, using commercial negotiation, process automation, and BI reporting to improve cost control and operational visibility.

At HS2, I manage strategic sourcing, contract lifecycles, and spend governance across 200+ IT, software, professional-services, and contractor suppliers.

I’ve delivered £300k+ in recurring annualised savings through competitive RFQs, renewal negotiations, commercial benchmarking, and SLA governance. I also co-developed Power BI dashboards and automated ServiceNow approval workflows to improve visibility and reduce operational bottlenecks.
