I’m looking to grow in roles where I can build human-centered AI content workflows, refine LLM prompts for accuracy and brand consistency, and partner cross-functionally to improve editorial quality and user experience across markets.

I’m an AI Content & Communication Specialist with 10+ years of experience improving communication across editorial, digital marketing, and AI-assisted content environments. At Groupon, I manage the full offer creation workflow—merchant verification, compliance checks, AI-assisted content creation, quality assurance, and publication—then evaluate and refine LLM-generated marketing copy for factual accuracy, editorial quality, and brand consistency.

I design, test, and optimize reusable prompts that make daily AI-assisted content creation consistent and scalable, and I collaborate across Content, Merchant Operations, and Customer Service teams across multiple European markets. I also built an internal AI-assisted content generation workflow using Google Apps Script, Gemini, and structured prompt engineering (with multilingual support for PL, DE, ES), which was adopted by 8 Content Specialists across three countries to improve editorial consistency and reduce manual editing.
