What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead K–8 instruction and programs—strengthening curriculum, professional development, and grant compliance—while partnering with teams and families to improve outcomes for diverse learners.

I’m a K–8 educator with 20+ years of experience in classroom instruction, grant-funded program leadership, curriculum development, and professional development. I bring a proven track record of improving instructional outcomes for diverse student populations.

I’ve managed multi-site programs by ensuring state and federal compliance, including lesson plans, budgets, materials, and PD. In leadership roles, I designed K–5 academic and enrichment curriculum aligned to grant objectives and supported virtual program development.

I’m known for collaborating across interdisciplinary teams and building strong family and community partnerships to strengthen student success. Whether teaching or directing grant programs, I focus on standards-based instruction, differentiated support for ESE and ESOL learners, and effective staff supervision.
