I am a transformational educational leader and master curriculum designer with over a decade improving student achievement and empowering teachers. I specialize in curriculum architecture, instructional coaching, and data-driven decision making.

At Renaissance Charter School I led school-wide professional development, aligned curriculum to Florida B.E.S.T. standards, and coached teachers through data cycles and live modeling to improve teacher effectiveness and student outcomes.

I have led Title I program alignment, benchmark analysis, and targeted intervention systems that close achievement gaps while managing resources, technology integration, and community partnerships. I also design and deliver district- and school-level professional learning that elevates instructional practice.

My background includes classroom experience in Pre-K and Kindergarten, district mentorship program design, testing coordination, and instructional software oversight. I am equity-focused, ESOL- and Gifted-endorsed, and committed to building cohesive teams that sustain continuous improvement.
