What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a classroom and school culture that values data-driven teaching, STEAM, and strong family partnerships—where I can keep developing curriculum, lead hands-on learning (including robotics), and grow through meaningful professional development.

I’m an award-winning kindergarten teacher and curriculum-minded instructional leader who drives student growth through data-informed decision making. I deliver standards-based instruction while designing engaging lessons that help young learners build confidence, skills, and momentum.

Across my roles—from a year-long teaching residency to classroom leadership—I focus on instructional excellence, assessment, and classroom leadership. I develop and implement standards-aligned lessons, plan literacy and mathematics instruction, and use student achievement data to refine instruction and support learning needs.

I integrate technology, STEAM, and differentiated learning strategies to make instruction active and accessible. I also lead robotics programs, including VEX Robotics, building hands-on STEM experiences that develop problem-solving, teamwork, and innovation.

Beyond the classroom, I contribute to professional growth and community partnerships. I’ve supported family engagement through literacy initiatives and school-wide celebrations, and I’ve designed and delivered professional development sessions and digital learning tools using platforms like Canva.
