With extensive experience in crisis intervention, case management, and counseling, I have developed proven leadership and communication skills that enable me to empower others and foster mental wellness. Currently, I serve as a Domestic Violence Supervisor at Mujeres Latinas en Acción, where I provide crisis intervention for clients and facilitate support groups for adults. My role involves supervising a team of counselors and managing hotline operations, all while maintaining meticulous client documentation. My previous experience as a School-Based Counselor Intern and Staff Supervisor has further honed my skills in case management and family support, allowing me to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those I serve.
