What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can provide trauma-informed, culturally competent care—combining clinical expertise, crisis responsiveness, and strong care coordination to reduce barriers for clients and families.

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with extensive experience across therapeutic, community, and clinical/behavioral health work, including crisis intervention. I’m bilingual in Spanish/English and bring a strong commitment to empathy, cultural competency, and serving clients from disenfranchised communities.

In my current roles, I provide behavioral health care management and short-term mental health therapy. I oversee integrated action plans, conduct intake assessments, coordinate care for members with primary behavioral health and dual diagnoses, and apply motivational interviewing, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and de-escalation to support safety, engagement, and self-management.

Earlier in my career, I worked through Massachusetts DCF in multiple social work capacities, including adoptions and ongoing casework. I managed adoption licensing caseloads, completed adoption-track tasks from initial inquiry to finalization, coordinated placement continuity, and participated in court-related proceedings—always pairing thorough documentation with coordinated support across providers.
