I've managed travel insurance claims at Go Digit General Insurance since 2020, progressing from Junior Associate to Associate in Travel Claims. I handle validation, assessment, settlement, payment processing, and end-to-end claim closure.
I work closely with customers, agents, partners, medical teams, and IT teams to resolve document gaps, unpaid claims, system issues, and escalations while meeting TAT and SLA requirements.
Earlier, I supported PAN India non-motor claims operations at Go Digit and customer service, warranty claims, and escalations at B2X Service Solutions India.
My work has been recognized through Go Digit's Wall of Awesomeness, multiple Spot Awards for quick claim resolution, and two Best Employee of the Year awards at B2X.
