I’m looking to grow in a dynamic healthcare or insurance organization. I want to drive process innovation in claim operations, improve documentation accuracy, reduce rejections, and use data/analytics to create measurable operational efficiency and better client satisfaction.

I’m an aspiring tech & operations professional specializing in healthcare and insurance claim processing. I bring 1.5+ years of hands-on Quality Control experience, focused on streamlining the lifecycle of claim processing for reliable, high-quality outcomes.

I navigate the complexities between hospitals, TPAs, and insurance providers to ensure seamless service delivery. I own end-to-end work like document verification, submission, follow-ups for timely approvals/closures, and proactive discrepancy resolution to minimize claim rejection and reduce turnaround time.

I strengthen day-to-day operations with structured reporting and analytics. I maintain systematic records and MIS reports, perform trend analysis and discrepancy resolution, and use Microsoft Excel to manage operational progress, performance evaluation, and claim tracking.

I also bring a leadership and product mindset to the work—handling POD tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization through requirement gathering and operational efficiency. I’m currently pursuing a BCA, and I aim to grow within a dynamic healthcare or insurance organization where I can contribute to process innovation and long-term success.
