At M&N Fabrication LLC, I oversee Lowe's installation operations across Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee, covering approximately 150 stores. I coordinate about 60 fence and deck installations each week.
I manage approximately 100 subcontractors by assigning jobs, coordinating schedules, monitoring performance, and resolving field issues. I also make sure installers have the materials they need and serve as a liaison among Lowe's, subcontractors, and customers.
I communicate directly with Lowe's corporate to address operational issues and provide weekly KPI reporting, including on-time installation, quoting timeframes, and workmanship. I also handle personnel escalations and support day-to-day operations across the markets.
Before M&N Fabrication LLC, I supported veterinarians at Town & Country Veterinary Center with procedures, diagnostics, and patient care. I also served as a Motor Transport Operator (88M) in the United States Army, supporting transport and logistics operations.
