At Infosys, I design and develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, and HCM Extracts to support business needs. I work across Oracle HCM Cloud implementation cycles, contributing to configuration for Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Labour.

I bridge technical and functional requirements through baseline configurations, work schedule setup, and geography loads. I also work directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver custom reporting solutions.

At Infosys, I handle production support incidents and troubleshoot technical issues for client HR operations. I use HDL and HSDL for data migration and have executed data conversions for department, division, and user data across regions including Sweden, Romania, and Denmark.

Previously, as a Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I worked across Oracle HCM modules and developed Fast Formulas, HDL processes, integrations, reports, alerts, and notifications. I also performed extract-load processes, tested and debugged code, and ran SQL queries to retrieve data.
