I'm currently a Researcher at Sports Interactive for Football Manager, analysing players, clubs, recruitment strategies, squad planning, and transfer activity across the English league system, African markets, and European markets.

At Greggs, I oversee store and e-commerce operations, including click and collect and delivery through Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo. I use Blue Yonder, Salesforce, and Hestia to respond to sales trends, manage stock and staffing, support marketing campaigns, and drive sales growth, labour efficiency, waste reduction, and order accuracy.

I've also led hospitality teams at major venues including Stamford Bridge, Twickenham, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Wembley, Emirates, and London Stadium, with experience in recruitment, training, cash management, compliance, and high-volume customer service.
