What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT Support Specialist role focused on fast, SLA-driven resolution, hands-on desktop/helpdesk support, and clear growth toward systems administration in a compliance-minded environment.

I’m an IT Support professional with 3+ years of Tier 1/Tier 2 helpdesk experience in financial services and enterprise environments. I resolve hardware, software, and network incidents across distributed teams, manage high-volume ticket queues in ITSM platforms, and maintain audit-ready incident documentation while meeting SLA response/resolution targets.

In my most recent roles, I’ve supported end-users in regulated settings (FINRA/HIPAA-aware), averaged 40+ tickets per week, and delivered remote support using VPN connectivity troubleshooting, device configuration, and software installation/upgrades. I’m currently completing a Master of Science in Information Technology (in progress) and I’m seeking an IT Support Specialist or Desktop Support position where I can contribute technically and advance toward systems administration.
