I’m looking for Business Operations, Operations Management, Process Excellence, Project Management, Quality Management, Healthcare Operations, Supply Chain Operations, or Corporate Operations—ideally in a role that values compliance, structured processes, and team leadership.

I manage end-to-end laboratory operations at Datar Cancer Genetics Pvt. Ltd., coordinating workflows, productivity, quality compliance, timelines, and process adherence. I’ve led a team of 20+ professionals and worked across 5–6 internal departments to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while maintaining audit readiness.

I track operational data with Microsoft Excel, LIMS, and ERP platforms, oversee inventory management, and deliver structured MIS reporting for data-driven decisions. I support quality systems through NABL, CAP, and ISO audits, implement SOPs, and train new employees to improve onboarding and operational readiness.
