Mohammedrezeq Aldalou
@mohammedrezeqaldalou
I build accountable humanitarian MEAL and information systems in crisis settings.
What I'm looking for
I've led monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning and information management systems for UNICEF Gaza, Médecins du Monde, Save the Children and the Norwegian Refugee Council across complex humanitarian programmes.
At UNICEF Gaza, I designed monitoring tools and Power BI dashboards for active-conflict operations, managed the Humanitarian Performance Monitoring cycle, and built a national vaccination monitoring system that became the official Palestinian Ministry of Health vaccination record.
I've built complaint and feedback mechanisms from the ground up at UNICEF, MdM and Save the Children, including consortium-wide systems spanning multiple sectors. My work centres on meaningful community consultation, trusted feedback channels and evidence that helps programmes adapt.
I combine field-based qualitative and quantitative research with Kobo, Inform, eTool, SPSS, Tableau, GIS and advanced Excel. Alongside my doctoral research at LSE, I'm committed to evidence-based programming, locally led approaches and accountability to affected populations.
