What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative, impact-driven BI/analytics role in public services where I can use Power BI/Tableau, SQL and statistical methods to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

I am a results-driven Business Intelligence professional with extensive experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for law enforcement, healthcare, education, and social care. I build and manage dashboards, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and present findings to non-technical decision-makers to drive service improvement.

My work has included developing Power BI and Excel dashboards, conducting surveys and interviews, and using tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy), R, SPSS, Tableau, SQL and NVivo to inform policy and operational change. I have supported performance tracking for programmes, monitored KPIs, and contributed analysis to initiatives like suicide prevention and personal health budgets, helping to improve service delivery and inform inspections.
