What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can lead order fulfillment or escalation workflows, improve SLA performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build consistent, client-focused processes.

At Deluxe Entertainment Services, I manage end-to-end Netflix fulfillment orders for 11 global entertainment studio clients, including Netflix, Disney, Sony, NBCUniversal, MGM, Paramount, and Warner Bros. I serve as Lead Order Manager for Sony projects and primary point of contact for Netflix.

I coordinate localization, mastering, engineering, quality control, and post-production teams to keep multi-title deliveries accurate, audit-ready, and SLA-compliant. I also resolve high-priority operational escalations and mentor six associates through onboarding, training, and daily performance management.

Previously at Standard Chartered Global Business Services, I investigated complex banking complaints, redesigned escalation workflows, and led an eight-member operations team. I use root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to improve turnaround time and maintain consistent service quality.
