What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable software, automation, cloud, or systems projects where I can apply Python, C++, databases, and algorithmic problem-solving while growing through hands-on engineering work.

I've deployed a 24/7 ticketing automation system with Vodafone Egypt's HIS Team that moves live BMC Helix ITSM tickets into IQVIA and Dedalus Freshdesk portals. Using Python, Playwright, SMTP, and resilient session handling, I reduced manual processing while giving support teams real-time visibility into new and missed tickets.

I've also built a C compiler from scratch, covering lexical analysis, parsing, semantic analysis, AST construction, and code generation. For a food production facility, I designed a SQL-backed inventory and employee management system with supply-chain tracking, biometric attendance, payroll calculation, and role-based access.

Alongside engineering projects, I've trained AI models on advanced mathematics at Outlier.ai, supported 50+ students as a teaching assistant, and led coding development for a robotics competition team. I'm an active competitive programmer with advanced C++, OOP, and algorithm-design training.
