I’m an Engineering Manager focused on AI and GenAI, with 12+ years leading LLM training and alignment work. My core strength is turning model-training workflows into production-grade systems that deliver measurable outcomes.

At Turing, I led up to 70 engineers building SFT/RLHF/DPO pipelines and LangChain + Pinecone RAG solutions for tier-1 labs and Fortune 500 clients. I improved query resolution time by 40% and reduced inference cost by 30% through better evaluation, prompting standards, and GPU/model-serving optimization.
