I’m looking for a role where I can lead cross-functional execution and combine finance, account growth, and analytics to automate MIS/reporting and drive measurable business decisions. I value stakeholder clarity, ownership, and scalable operational impact.

I’m a Project Lead with 7+ years’ experience across business finance, account management, and data analytics, focused on turning operational data into clear stakeholder decisions. I’m especially strong in P&L management, financial reconciliation, and MIS reporting that teams can act on quickly.

At Flipkart, I built a partner network from 0 to 1—onboarding and scaling 10,000+ store partners PAN-India in the first year. I manage end-to-end P&L for the partner network, cultivate key client relationships to improve retention, and lead cross-functional teams through weekly business reviews and KPI tracking.

Previously as a Data Analyst (Business Finance), I developed automated financial dashboards using SQL and internal tools, reducing manual effort by 40%. I also owned vendor settlements, credit/debit notes, and reconciliation across 100+ vendor accounts, while delivering insights through stock-flow and RVP/RTO MEC metrics for month-end reviews.

Earlier in e-commerce operations at Startek and Teleperformance (Flipkart projects), I led supplier return operations and built recurring MIS reporting to support warehouse and reverse-logistics decisions. I also managed seller accounts, drove catalog optimization, and delivered training to accelerate time-to-first-sale.
