At ITNU, I worked on 3D IC testing, developing and analysing RTL designs with Verilog HDL and applying DFT and scan-chain workflows. My ATPG analysis achieved 99.87% static fault coverage, with 100% test-cycle completion and zero miscompares.
On a project at ITNU, I contributed to a customised YOLOv3 accelerator for low-power, real-time object detection. I also developed a machine-learning model to predict medical charges, using Python and Scikit-learn to build and evaluate predictive models.
