What I'm looking for
I am a software engineering academic and consultant with a PhD and extensive experience in teaching, research, and applied software process improvement across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Canada. I have led curricula development, accreditation activities (local and ABET), directed preparatory programs, supervised multiple master's theses, and delivered consultancy to governmental and private IT organizations on DevOps, CMMI, and software process enhancement.
My research and publications span software engineering, DevOps, software quality, security durability, software measurement, and software analytics, with funded projects and collaborations with national organizations (KACST, UNDP) and international partners. I bring strong communication, analytical, and management skills, and a record of building capability centers and applying research to practical improvements in industry and academia.
