At Leading Point Software, I head Corporate Excellence and R&D while leading the company’s AI transformation. I introduced and govern the “Company lead by objectives” initiative using OKRs, and led the company’s ISO 9001:2015 certification efforts from scratch.

At Bosch Group, I managed automotive safety and security projects and defined and rolled out the software engineering process for the Basis SW group in line with Automotive SPICE. I was also responsible for the AUTOSAR basis software diagnosis module and served as function team leader for Diagnostic Communication.
