What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, travel operations or sales support role where I can assist international clients in French, Spanish and English while coordinating bookings, suppliers and internal teams.

I've supported international travellers for MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line and Princess Cruises, handling itineraries, availability, last-minute changes, check-in and passenger processing in French, Spanish and English.

I coordinate hotel and transfer bookings with internal teams, cruise lines and suppliers, working accurately under time pressure and following booking procedures.

At Glovo, I manage high-volume customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat, resolving issues related to orders, pricing and availability through to closure.

I'm based in Barcelona and combine travel-support experience with training in international trade, commercial administration, logistics, quotations and import/export documentation.
