What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to return to a dedicated HR & Administration leadership role after three years in general management, bringing a broader commercial and operational perspective back to the HR function.

At Patient Friends Committee — Government of Sharjah, I directed HR, administration and PRO operations for a 235-employee entity, applying UAE Labour Law and internal regulations. I administered monthly payroll of approximately AED 200,000 through WPS, with no failed or delayed payroll runs on record.

I recruited, onboarded and trained approximately 65 employees, ran performance appraisals, and handled employee relations, leave and benefits. I also managed visa and labour contract processing with MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA and Tasheel, maintaining company and staff documentation without a lapse in compliance.

After three years in general management, I’m seeking to return to a dedicated HR and Administration leadership role, bringing a broader commercial and operational perspective. I’m currently Agency Manager at Renegades, where I run daily operations, coordinate team workloads and introduced process controls to reduce turnaround time on recurring tasks.
