At Maroc Telecom, I operate and troubleshoot the IP/MPLS Backbone and MetroIP networks across Huawei, Nokia, and ZTE equipment. I handle incidents involving BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS, as well as physical network faults.
I develop Python scripts to automate network configuration, provisioning, backups, integrity checks, and reporting. This includes configuring Layer 3 VPN services for more than 2,000 mobile sites as part of Maroc Telecom’s nationwide 5G launch.
I also automated nationwide Layer 2 VPN deployment for INWI/Orange unbundling, enabling those operators to serve customers over Maroc Telecom’s infrastructure. My work includes supporting Internet, VoIP, IPTV, and mobile and fixed-line services.
On an academic project, I designed a microservices architecture for a Library Management System and implemented a GitLab CI/CD pipeline, with Docker, Traefik, Prometheus, and Grafana. I’m continuing my studies in artificial intelligence and data science at Hightech.
