At Maroc Telecom, I supervise operations across the IP/MPLS backbone, RAN infrastructure, international internet gateways, and submarine cables. I monitor routing stability and critical voice, messaging, and data services.
I use NETSCOUT Arbor Sightline to detect and mitigate DDoS attacks and signaling threats, and manage Grafana dashboards for SMS fraud detection. I also investigate complex outages across multi-vendor environments using SolarWinds, Nagios, and Zabbix.
At Webtrix, I designed and secured AWS network infrastructure, hardened EC2 instances, and applied least-privilege access policies. I also deployed AWS WAF with CloudFront and configured CloudWatch monitoring.
In my technical projects, I deployed Wazuh SIEM and configured pfSense with VLAN segmentation and IDS/IPS. I also earned third place in Morocco’s national qualifications for the WorldSkills Shanghai Cybersecurity competition.
