What I'm looking for

I'm looking for camp management or facilities leadership roles on construction, EPC, oil and gas, infrastructure, industrial or airport projects, where I can lead safe workforce accommodation, soft services, catering, HSE compliance and contractor coordination.

I'm currently managing workforce accommodation and daily camp operations for Majees Technical Services in Oman, supporting camps of 500 to 5,000+ workers. I coordinate administration, payroll, procurement, contractors, construction works, hygiene, sanitation and HSE compliance.

Previously, I managed construction camp operations for China CAMC Engineering in Basra, Iraq, including accommodation for up to 8,000 workers, catering, maintenance, water and wastewater treatment, procurement and subcontractor coordination. I also managed weekly petty cash, operational reporting and corrective actions following incidents.

On the Karbala Refinery Project with Hyundai Engineering & Construction JV, I supported an EPC workforce camp through food-service oversight, utility monitoring, health-department compliance, fire safety, supplies and camp records. My experience also includes camp services for Indian Oil infrastructure works, AMWAJ Catering Services, and King Khaled International Airport.

I bring 13+ years of GCC and international camp operations experience across construction, EPC, refinery, airport and industrial projects. I focus on safe accommodation, dependable soft services, catering quality, workforce welfare and practical coordination in demanding project environments.
