At Orbital Projects and Services LLC, I secure and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts and project sales across Oman. I also manage Integrated Facility Management tenders covering HVAC, firefighting, electrical, access control, PAVA, and BMS.
For the Civil Aviation Authority of Oman MRO facility, I’m currently engaged in asset verification audits, preparing asset registers, condition reports, and lifecycle maintenance strategies. I also promote YORK HVAC systems in commercial and residential markets.
At RIME GROUP, I introduced newly launched RIME condensing units and LU-VE/Friga-Bohn evaporators to the Oman market. I carried out refrigeration heat-load calculations and technical validation for customer recommendations.
At Lulu Group International, I coordinated HVAC and refrigeration maintenance across more than 32 retail outlets in Oman. My earlier work includes HVAC and firefighting site engineering, production engineering, and mechanical maintenance.
