Abhishek Jamwal

I’m a detail-oriented Civil Engineering & Logistics professional with hands-on experience in site supervision, estimation support, and logistics/operations work. I bring a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Marketing & Supply Chain, translating technical execution into reliable delivery outcomes.

In my current role as an FLM Coordinator at Hayat Communication LLC (Oman), I coordinate field and site-level operations for civil and telecom infrastructure activities. I monitor site execution, manpower deployment, and material availability to keep schedules on track, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

I also have experience supervising field work as part of the Field Response Team (FRT). From May 2023 to Sep 2023, I allocated work, tracked task completion, and coordinated with operations and the NOC team to maintain uninterrupted services.

Earlier, as a Training Engineer (Civil), I supported civil engineering site works, including structural and infrastructure-related activities. I prepared Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), reviewed construction drawings, supported material planning and contractor coordination, and contributed to quality checks and work progress tracking.
