At Al Maeen Developments, I coordinated three concurrent construction projects, tracking milestones and aligning stakeholders across engineering, architecture, and contracting teams. I also reviewed RFIs, submittals, and quotations while maintaining project records.
At Sunrise City Supermarket, I set up and ran two in-store bakery concepts from launch through day-to-day operations. I trained staff on new processes and redesigned workflows to improve store efficiency during peak periods.
I'm also building an AI stock-trading learning app, taking responsibility for its content and code. For a separate self-directed project, I taught myself Swift to build a native iOS calendar app for scheduling and event management.
