I lead product, design and delivery, connecting customer needs and commercial priorities with execution. At BitBang, I helped secure or deliver 41+ products and projects and served as the CEO's operational second-in-command.

As Head of Product & Delivery, I led product and design teams, established the PMO, and managed portfolio priorities, capacity and resource budgets. My work spans discovery, competitive research, roadmaps, PRDs, BRDs, prioritised backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, delivery planning and client escalations. I coached managers and specialists across my tenure.

I helped build departments and sales-pipeline practices, prepared business plans and financial forecasts, negotiated pricing and paid scope changes, and handled business-side contracts and client escalations with finance colleagues and external counsel. I coordinated recovery plans, integrations, data migration, UAT, training, SLAs and operational handovers.

I commissioned internal project-management, HR and finance systems into use, developed executive portfolio reporting, and consolidated collaboration tools through Teams and SharePoint. I led open-source AI and fine-tuning initiatives with technical specialists and personally built AI-assisted proposal and document-formatting tools used within the company.

At Storat, my scope combined project management, customer operations and business development, including leading a custom CRM initiative. I previously founded Learning Link, establishing HR, finance, sales and training-delivery operations and leading a learner CRM and learning-plan gateway. The business generated EGP 8 million in cumulative revenue by 2019, not inflation-adjusted. Nearly 30 instructors and trainers were managed across the business's tenure, not simultaneous headcount.

My career began in 2012 across sales, customer operations, training and frontline leadership, distinct from my later software work.
