At Dar Al Riyadh, I support organizational development initiatives covering organization structures, job evaluation, classification, and grading. I also develop organizational charts and gather and analyze information to support strategic planning and management decisions.
At Al Suliman Real Estate Company, I designed and administered employee engagement assessments using Gallup Q12 and eNPS, then analyzed employee data in SPSS. I also contributed to competency framework components and recruitment and internal communication policy development.
