I'm leading Qiddiya Group's learning and talent development strategy, including Leadership Academy design, LXP implementation, and skills and capability initiatives that drive business impact.

Previously, I designed the learning strategy and operating model for Riyadh Air, the world's first digitally native airline, and led global learning strategy at Petrofac. At Qatar Airways, I led talent development and digital learning transformation across technical, operational, and corporate functions, including group-wide LMS and digital learning architecture.

Across more than two decades in the Middle East and South Asia, I've built trainer capability, designed blended curricula, delivered soft-skills and career-development programmes, and aligned learning interventions with measurable performance outcomes.
