I design wireless 6G systems and CMOS analog circuits using simulation and machine learning.
What I'm looking for
I've built a user-centric cell-free massive MIMO system for 6G, focusing on channel estimation, spectral efficiency, and energy efficiency. I implemented LS and MMSE estimators and machine-learning models to improve performance under noisy and interference-limited conditions.
Through Analog IC Design training at the Information Technology Institute, I designed and simulated two-stage Miller-compensated and fully differential folded-cascode OTAs. I used Cadence Virtuoso, gm/Id methodology, ADT Sizing Assistant, and Xschem for circuit design, simulation, and performance analysis.
My projects also include a 4-bit ALU in Cadence tools, a Python audio-filter GUI, MATLAB simulation of multimode optical waveguides, and embedded GPS and solar-tracking systems.
I'm an Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate with hands-on foundations in wireless communications, signal processing, analog IC design, MATLAB, Python, and C/C++.
