I'm Mohamed Arif, a recruitment and staffing specialist with around seven years of hands-on experience in Human Capital Management. I focus on hiring across sectors including eCommerce, Healthtech, Edtech, Fintech, Consulting, and Financial Services for both domestic and international markets.

As Co-Founder & CEO at Hashone Careers, I built and led a team of 32+ recruiters, drove end-to-end tech recruitment for global clients (India, US, UAE, SEA), and managed P&L, client delivery, and recruiter performance to meet hiring SLAs and margin targets.
